ATR - Quality Management System Surveillance Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Enterprise Management System.
• Develop and improve the Quality Management System, quality standards, directives, methods, and governance framework.
• Support Business Process Owners in defining, updating, and maintaining procurement and Quality/Supply Chain processes.
• Measure process effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Select, develop, maintain, and deploy quality methods, IT solutions, decision-support systems, and learning solutions.
• Contribute to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certification activities and interfaces with external quality authorities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Management System organization or related quality environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards, aerospace regulations, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with quality assurance, continuous improvement, Value Stream Mapping, problem-solving, risk management, and change management methods.
• Project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, autonomy, and solution-oriented skills.
