ATR - Ref - DOA Independent Monitoring Function Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Verify Design Management System compliance with Part 21 requirements across hirify.global procedures, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate surveillance assessments for design suppliers with DOA delegation.
• Prepare, conduct, follow up, and close internal DOA audits.
• Maintain the DOA Compliance Checklist, Design Organisation Handbook, and DOA signature delegations.
• Manage and analyze DMS changes, perform regulatory watch, and participate in EASA audits and hirify.global/EASA meetings.
• Deliver regulatory and DOH training to the Engineering department.

Requirements

• Engineering, Quality, Safety, or Compliance education.
• 5–10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 5 years in Engineering or Quality.
• 2–4 years of experience in Part 21J management and experience interfacing with EASA or local authorities.
• Experience with Part 21J management and training, approval management, Safety Management Systems, aircraft physics, and engineering regulations.
• Qualified Auditor experience and Root Cause Analysis methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, or 5 Whys.
• French and English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• EN9100 and Part IS experience.
