A350XWB Composite Fuselage Structure Analysis Engineer - Static Stress (M/F)

Location: Toulouse Area, France. The role is based in Toulouse and may require short trips to the production site or engineering office a few times per year.

What you will do

• Support T400 concession activity for the A350 Section 15 center fuselage.
• Validate stress non-conformities for A350 composite fuselage shells during serial production.
• Contribute to in-service support through technical request management and occurrence safety assessments.
• Drive stress-margin mitigations and ensure deliverables meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, processes, methods, and manufacturing-capability guidelines.
• Transfer structural-analysis knowledge to junior engineers and contribute to technical capitalization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in structural analysis.
• Strong knowledge of stress analysis for composite and metallic structures.
• Experience with hirify.global ISAMI methods and tools; DFEM experience is advantageous.
• T400 approval delegation or several years of T300 experience on A350 composite and metallic structures.
• Very good English communication and relational skills are mandatory. Knowledge of T400 concession processes and repair principles is required.

Nice to have

• DFEM experience.
• Basic knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance (F&DT).
