Director, HCC Data Management & Technology Operations (Healthcare Compliance)

Location: Hybrid role available in Diegem, Belgium; Madrid, Spain; Amersfoort, Netherlands; Bogotá, Colombia; or listed U.S. locations. Travel up to 20–30%.

Base pay: €119,200–€204,355 annually, varying by location.

What you will do

• Provide global leadership for Health Care Compliance data management and technology operations.
• Modernize compliance data systems and analytics supporting transparency reporting, risk assessments, audits, and monitoring.
• Establish data governance, quality controls, and secure management for compliance-related transactional and third-party data.
• Develop analytics and automated controls to identify potential FCPA, bribery, kickback, and other compliance risks.
• Lead compliance technology platforms for risk assessment, issue management, Fair Market Value calculations, and cross-border interactions.
• Embed compliance-by-design controls into enterprise systems while managing a global team, resources, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10–12+ years of professional experience.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving compliant decisions in highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to work in one of the listed hybrid locations and travel up to 20–30%.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification in compliance, legal, risk, or ethics.
• Experience in information technology, healthcare compliance, finance regulatory, or quality functions.
• Experience with information management systems, data mining, analytics, process design, and operational improvement.
• Process excellence or project management certification.
