Registered Nurse-Medical-ICU Full-Time Nights

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States. Full-time night shift.

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Direct and delegate bedside care provided by nursing assistants and other support staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary healthcare professionals.
• Document care plans, communications, findings, and outcomes in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); an ADN is accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide professional nursing care according to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Two years of Intensive Care Unit experience.
