RN Nursing Supervisor (Nursing Leadership)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time overnight schedule, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., three 12-hour shifts per week.

Bonus: $15,000 paid at 3, 6, and 12 months. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

What you will do

• Provide nursing leadership and oversight of hospital clinical operations, staffing, resources, and patient care needs.
• Coordinate admissions, internal and external transfers, patient placement, bed assignments, and patient flow across all points of entry.
• Prioritize emergent, urgent, and specialty placements using clinical expertise and collaborate with transferring facilities.
• Respond to clinical concerns and critical events, allocate resources, facilitate huddles, and communicate with appropriate leaders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Mentor nursing teams and foster a cohesive environment focused on professional growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Minimum of five years of charge nurse experience required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Clinical experience strongly preferred; critical care, supervisory, transfer center, and electronic medical record experience preferred.
