Specialty Infusion Field Nurse – Accredo – Springfield, IL

Location: Springfield, IL; requires travel within a large geographic region to provide care in patients' homes

Salary: $79,200–$132,000 yearly, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan

What you will do

• Administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, safely and effectively in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Coordinate patient updates and serve as the primary point of contact for care-related communication.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions to support optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
