3PL Production Planner

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain planning and product flow across manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Develop procurement and manufacturing plans based on customer demand, forecasts, and capacity requirements.
• Optimize material flow, inventory buffers, replenishment parameters, production schedules, and capacity utilization.
• Monitor and report supply chain metrics including customer service, inventory, cycle time, forecast accuracy, and schedule attainment.
• Conduct supply chain analysis and what-if scenarios to address constraints and service issues.
• Support planning-system improvements, lead supply chain projects, and provide guidance on planning and optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, production or operations management, materials management, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5–9 years of relevant experience in supply chain, materials, or production planning.
• APICS certification is required or must be completed within an agreed timeframe.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, coordination, and project leadership skills.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, planning, and optimization concepts.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese required.
