What you will do

• Develop, communicate, and implement local and regional sourcing strategies for indirect services.
• Manage Perkins and CLC facilities in collaboration with category teams, RBC, and other functional departments.
• Oversee procurement of non-production goods and services, including office supplies, maintenance services, and capital expenditure projects.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve procurement processes.
• Drive cost savings, supplier reliability, and effective procurement outcomes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Functional leadership, supplier and customer leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in indirect purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Professional certification in purchasing or inventory management.
• Experience in manufacturing industries.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
