What you will do

  • Develop and implement category strategies for active and passive electrical components.
  • Lead supplier selection, performance management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier delivery and quality performance.
  • Build stakeholder alignment across project teams and support business development.
  • Monitor market trends, innovations, and the supplier landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing.
  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with MS Office, Power BI, Ariba, SAP, and supplier analytics tools.
  • Degree in Electrification and Automation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.
  • Availability for occasional business trips.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or professional procurement certification such as CIPS or CPSM.
  • Interest in sustainability, innovation, and analytics-driven supplier performance improvement.
