What you will do

• Define memory integration technology roadmaps based on customer DRAM and 3D NAND device challenges.
• Develop product strategies and integrate hirify.global products into a coherent market-focused portfolio.
• Lead market assessment, segmentation, trend analysis, and strategic business planning.
• Direct broad functional areas and guide managers and cross-functional groups toward business objectives.
• Present market analysis, product vision, and delivery phases to senior stakeholders.
• Lead highly visible multidisciplinary initiatives and influence customers, regulators, vendors, and senior management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DRAM, 3D NAND, memory devices, or a related area.
• Specialized depth or breadth in memory process and integration.
• Expertise in leading-edge memory technology theories, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience solving complex technical and business problems and shaping strategic direction.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• DRAM or 3D NAND integration experience.
