What you will do

• Collaborate with Yield Analysis and Device Engineers to ensure new processes and products meet yield and reliability requirements.
• Define and establish process flows, procedures, and required equipment for new device development.
• Drive and manage yield optimization efforts and New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmaps.
• Manage Test, SORT, and Burn-in capacity and capability to deliver product qualification milestones.
• Interface between process engineering, finance, planning, wafer-level test, quality and reliability (QnR), and OSAT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials) or Science (Physics, Optics/Photonics).
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor and/or silicon photonics process technology.
• 2+ years of experience in advanced data analysis (using JMP, GAJT and/or SQL), statistical process control (SPC), and design of experiment (DOE) principles.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or Science disciplines.
• Experience in Optics, Photonics, SiP, Lasers, or III/V compound materials.
• Previous experience in process integration roles within semiconductor technologies.
