Product Assurance Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Portsmouth, United Kingdom; mainly office and cleanroom based with 1 day per week working from home. Minimal travel to Airbus and customer sites is required.

What you will do

• Manage Non-Conformance Report and Non-Review Board activity, including customer engagement for major non-conformances.
• Support the full product lifecycle from project kick-off through Test Review Board and Delivery Review Board.
• Coordinate the Product Assurance Plan, Non-Conformance Analysis, Consolidated Action Plan, and APQP business deliverables.
• Ensure customer requirements, including safety and reliability requirements, are communicated and implemented across operational processes.
• Collect, analyse, visualise, and interpret performance data, with a focus on optimisation and automated reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in product assurance within space, aerospace, RF, or digital equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or APQP.
• Self-motivation, autonomy, and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid environment with multiple changing priorities.
• Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance or completion of a BPSS check, including a criminal record check.
