Business Analytics Lead (AI)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Denver, CO

Base salary: $91,000–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead analytics processes across multiple functions and business units using complex analytical tools.
• Develop and continuously optimize analytical solutions that support data-driven decisions by business leadership.
• Define KPIs, performance metrics, business value measures, and ROI for technology initiatives and use cases.
• Design executive-level reporting, dashboards, data models, semantic layers, and governed reporting solutions.
• Analyze complex results, provide recommendations to senior management, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Consult with stakeholders, guide analytical approaches, and mentor junior employees and consultants.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Advanced experience developing and administering Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of data modeling, KPI development, performance measurement, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and trend forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions.
• Experience with executive reporting, stakeholder management, presentation, analytics modernization, and BI transformation.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
