Salary: $57,400–$98,350 USD annually, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Engage with existing customers to understand needs, concerns, and satisfaction levels.
• Provide product and service support and resolve moderate customer conflicts.
• Develop retention strategies, personalized retention plans, and re-engagement campaigns for lapsed customers.
• Conduct follow-ups and contribute to customer retention programs.
• Analyze customer interaction data, identify trends, and generate retention reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and support sales efforts through data analysis.

Requirements

• Strong customer communication and advanced customer service skills.
• Proficiency in customer interaction data analysis and trend identification.
• Ability to resolve moderate customer conflicts and develop retention strategies.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Moderate expertise with customer relationship management tools.
