Inside Sales Representative - 1st Shift (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States. The role may occasionally require travel to customer sites and involves compliance with US export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Coordinate customer communications with Quoting, Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing, Quality, Accounting, Shipping, and other internal teams.
• Process requests for quotation, validate pricing and material availability, and issue approved quotations within target lead times.
• Enter and manage customer orders, confirmations, item setup, order changes, expedites, cancellations, holds, and requested delivery dates in Oracle and related systems.
• Monitor order status, production progress, shipments, consignment inventory, and expedited delivery requirements.
• Process returns and RMAs, coordinate failure analysis and approvals, and support credit orders where appropriate.
• Resolve payment, invoicing, shipping, quantity, pricing, EDI, and damaged-goods issues while helping reduce cycle times and entry errors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or related work experience.
• Knowledge of printed circuit board manufacturing and the competitive PCB market.
• Ability to use spreadsheet, word-processing, internet, order-entry, and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, print-reading, and schedule-based instructions and resolve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Must comply with applicable US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC procedures.

• Printed circuit board manufacturing and sales experience.
