Location: Remote/Field — Allentown, PA; listed location: Lancaster, PA. The role requires HCP office visits and approximately 50%–70% travel within the assigned geography. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $122,250.00–$176,583.33 annually

What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay patient support, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding programs.
  • Collaborate with Patient Support Services, sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and other stakeholders to support Dupixent access and pull-through efforts.
  • Educate office personnel on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance.
  • Plan and implement geographic business plans while maintaining knowledge of payer, specialty pharmacy, and utilization management criteria.
  • Build relationships with customers, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access.
  • Conduct HIPAA-compliant HCP office visits, resolve escalated issues, and help reduce cycle time and improve patient conversion.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or relevant experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix and co-promote environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to travel to meetings, training, programs, and other activities; approximately 50%–70% travel is expected.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to comply with applicable company, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access.
