What you will do

• Support risk, issue management, and remediation activities across mortgages, insurance, and consumer lendhirify.global products.
• Contribute to customer impact assessments, root cause analysis, and remediation solution development.
• Investigate risk events and coordinate their timely closure with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Help design, implement, and monitor controls that improve customer outcomes and reduce future issues.
• Partner with business and risk stakeholders to coordinate actions, track progress, and deliver positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated capability in customer remediation, operational risk, product management, process improvement, or issue management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvhirify.global skills, sound judgement, and the ability to identify practical solutions.
• Confident communication and stakeholder relationship-buildhirify.global skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage compethirify.global priorities in a fast-paced environment.
