Business Analyst

What you will do

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and objectives.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for technical teams.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Product Owners, and internal teams throughout delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios, coordinating users, and managing issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and business process improvement.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments and an understanding of software delivery processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Australian working rights required.
