Sales Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Work with Credit, Sales, and Operations to identify efficiency improvements across the loan application journey.
• Build, monitor, and maintain sales and performance dashboards.
• Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into performance insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Support third-party onboarding and relationship management.
• Partner with Sales to keep scorecards and performance monitoring relevant and effective.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst role or equivalent.
• Strong experience creating, analysing, and monitoring dashboards and reports using Power BI and HubSpot.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate clear performance insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Track record of delivering results, taking ownership, and working effectively with stakeholders.
