What you will do
- Establish and refine strategies for payments, credit, and refund risks.
- Analyze user behavior to identify bad actors and improve the experience of legitimate users.
- Lead investigations into high-risk activity and design data-informed fraud mitigation strategies.
- Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to set goals and build strategic programs.
- Run experiments to reduce risk while supporting platform growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience leading projects, achieving goals, and working effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Bachelor’s degree.
