Senior Field Analytics Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, territories, districts, and regions to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that communicate commercial KPIs and actionable insights.
• Partner with sales, marketing, market access, customer care, operations, and IT stakeholders to define and align KPIs with strategic objectives.
• Translate field and customer data into recommendations for segmentation, targeting, coverage models, and resource allocation.
• Improve analytics consumption through automation, self-service tools, field training, KPI standardization, and data governance.
• Answer ad-hoc analytical questions and support scalable reporting and process-improvement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics roles with increasing responsibility, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or commercial operations.
• Experience with commercial or sales process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, data storage, reporting, and analysis tools; advanced Excel skills including VBA.
• Experience with Tableau Prep Flows, Salesforce Connectors, Data Flows, dashboards, reports, workflows, validation rules, Visual Flow, and security configurations.
• Strong spoken and written English is required.
