Inventory and Spare Parts Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; onsite

Salary: 76,200.00–121,100.00 annually, including target bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and adequate maintenance spare parts inventory, including cycle counts, write-offs, returns, and material master data.
• Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, receiving, storage, and kitting of spare parts.
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including HVAC filter replacements.
• Track procurement and receiving status, resolve ETA, minimum-order-quantity, and supply-disruption issues, and communicate delivery dates.
• Administer spare parts workflows, hierarchies, naming conventions, storeroom organization, 5-S, safety, and inventory transactions in iShift and CMMS systems.
• Partner with Reliability Engineering on process improvement, inventory optimization, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role within a warehouse or distribution center.
• In-depth knowledge of MRP and CMMS applications.
• Experience with spare parts storeroom management, digital asset management, and purchasing.

Nice to have

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification.
