Senior Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and compensation recommendations.
• Advise on employment law compliance, investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters.
• Administer compensation, benefits, performance review, and talent management programs.
• Develop and communicate HR policies, support onboarding, engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and reporting, support employment-based immigration guidance, and collaborate on global HR projects across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing or automotive experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
