Senior Business Systems Analyst (Infor XA)

Location: Remote, United States; travel to manufacturing facilities up to 10%.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end support for Infor XA ERP across green screen, Powerlink, and Netlink modules.
• Gather business requirements, document processes, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Perform system analysis, configuration, development, testing, and deployment in Infor XA and AS400 environments.
• Develop interfaces and customizations, troubleshoot system issues, and minimize operational disruption.
• Support and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and distribution processes.
• Lead Infor XA upgrades and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Infor XA ERP on the AS400 platform.
• Strong knowledge of Infor XA green screen modules, including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, inventory, sales, and purchasing.
• AS400/iSeries development experience with CL, RPG, and SQL, plus experience with Powerlink, Netlink, and Infor XA upgrades.
• Experience supporting manufacturing business processes, integration tools, middleware, and reporting or BI tools connected to XA/AS400.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT ticketing systems such as SolarWinds and JIRA.
