ERP Application Engineer (Epicor Kinetic)

Location: Onsite in Boulder, Colorado, United States. Local candidates are preferred, and applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not specified as available.

Base compensation: $100,000–$130,000 plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Provide first-line functional ERP support to Boulder users across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, quality, and customer operations.
• Troubleshoot incidents, document impact and evidence, resolve known issues, and escalate platform, integration, infrastructure, or performance problems.
• Gather business use cases from daily operations, NPD, customer onboarding, and customer-specific requirements.
• Translate user needs into business requirements, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria for technical design.
• Develop test scenarios, support UAT and CSV activities, document defects, and retest fixes.
• Coordinate module and process rollouts, training, cutover, floor support, hypercare, reporting validation, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in ERP application support, functional analysis, business systems, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting users in a manufacturing ERP; Epicor Kinetic experience is strongly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, quality, and customer-facing ERP workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, incident triage, UAT, defect documentation, rollout support, and user training.
• Ability to work directly with end users and collaborate across sites and time zones while following SOPs, ISO 13485, CSV, traceability, and data-integrity controls.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting product launches, customer-driven changes, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• BAQ, dashboard, report, label, and data-reconciliation literacy.
