Strategy & Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement processes and systems that help the go-to-market organization operate faster.
• Build lightweight AI agents and automations to reduce manual work across the revenue team.
• Own strategic projects and workstreams from problem framing through execution.
• Partner with go-to-market leadership to turn ambiguous problems into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and company leadership.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in strategy and operations, revenue or sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including fluency with spreadsheets.
• Experience building tools or processes that other people rely on.
• Deep comfort with AI tools and enthusiasm for using them to increase speed and leverage.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and strong knowledge of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices.
• Ability to work on-site. A BA/BS degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Current or recent experience at a high-growth Series A–C company.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong ownership and resilience.
