AI Transformation Program Manager

What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for responsible AI adoption.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify AI opportunities across operating models, productivity, decision-making, customer outcomes, and enterprise value.
• Establish transformation frameworks, AI operating models, governance processes, portfolio management methods, and adoption standards.
• Oversee the enterprise AI transformation portfolio, including prioritization, investment decisions, value realization, scalability, and benefits tracking.
• Lead complex, high-impact AI transformation initiatives and executive governance forums.
• Provide strategic recommendations, risk assessments, portfolio reporting, and resolution of enterprise-level barriers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, technology strategy, AI innovation, digital transformation, operating model design, or business transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide AI strategies and large-scale transformation portfolios in global organizations.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, enterprise governance, AI operating models, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience advising executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions involving significant investment and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of AI regulation, privacy requirements, governance frameworks, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, organizational development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
