Program Manager (AI)

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; required to report to the hirify.global Piscataway office, with some travel.

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent AI, cybersecurity, datacenter, and strategic technology programs from initiation through production handoff.
• Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, governance structures, and success criteria.
• Manage AI infrastructure deployments involving GPU clusters, high-performance computing, storage, networking, liquid cooling, and next-generation datacenter solutions.
• Coordinate engineering, integration, logistics, field services, operations, delivery, cybersecurity, sales, and customer stakeholders.
• Own technical onboarding for strategic enterprise and hyperscale customers, including design reviews, solution workshops, architecture sessions, and production handoff.
• Drive risk, issue, change, resource, capacity, KPI, executive reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive program management experience and 7+ years managing complex technology programs.
• Experience with AI, cybersecurity, datacenter, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU compute platforms, high-performance networking, and advanced cooling solutions.
• Proven experience managing executive stakeholders, strategic customer engagements, and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to report to the hirify.global Piscataway, New Jersey office; some travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA GPU platforms, hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, automation and orchestration, or cybersecurity programs.
• PMP, PMI-PgMP, PMI-CPMAI, CAIPM, NVIDIA AI, or Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
