Supervisor, Consumer Engagement (Healthcare)

Location: Remote work from Arizona, Texas, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana, Colorado, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Virginia. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Availability is required during operating hours of 8:00am–11:00pm ET Monday–Friday and 8:00am–6:30pm ET Saturday.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Supervise, motivate, coach, and develop Consumer Engagement associates.
• Oversee member education, engagement, and mail-order pharmacy enrollment operations.
• Support empathetic, solution-oriented member interactions and pharmacy benefit decisions.
• Coordinate team participation in special projects, campaigns, and Annual Enrollment Period activities.
• Collaborate with management, quality assurance, and cross-functional partners on new initiatives.
• Monitor call quality, conversion rates, campaign outcomes, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in customer service, consumer engagement, pharmacy benefits, healthcare, or related operations.
• Must reside in one of the approved states: AZ, TX, FL, OH, NC, KY, IN, CO, OK, TN, or VA.
• Must meet Work at Home requirements, including reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment and meet performance goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefits, mail-order processes, member advocacy, PBM systems, or hirify.global tools.
• Experience with Genesys, Verint, Workday, or digital engagement platforms.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability.
