Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define electrical architectures for scalable product development.
• Design and integrate complex electrical systems combining audio, video, peripheral, hardware, firmware, and mechanical requirements.
• Evaluate trade-offs across performance, cost, quality, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Develop, test, and refine prototypes through production readiness.
• Lead electrical subsystem design, system integration, troubleshooting, and product commercialization.
• Support the transition of products from concept and development into high-volume production.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of electrical engineering experience focused on PCB-based product design and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience designing electrical subsystems and architectures for commercial microcontroller-based embedded systems.
• Expertise in PCB design and layout, schematic capture, component selection, signal integrity, power distribution, and system integration.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing, DFM, DFT, reliability, quality, and full product lifecycle development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio/video, conferencing, consumer electronics, communication devices, or complex embedded hardware.
• Experience with high-speed digital design, mixed-signal systems, and interface technologies.
• Familiarity with industry-standard PCB design and simulation tools.
• Experience working in an R&D environment with a design-for-scale mindset.
