What you will do

• Capture schematics and develop PCB/PCA solutions for next-generation storage products.
• Develop and optimize CPLD code using Verilog.
• Coordinate CAD library requests for part numbers, footprints, and symbols.
• Prepare design documentation, build instructions, and rework procedures for Design Validation Testing.
• Develop test plans and validate tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal performance, and system power.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners on reliable, cost-effective hardware solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in hardware design, preferably electrical engineering.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools and software packages; Cadence CAD and schematic capture experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, empirical analysis, modeling, and testing skills.
• Knowledge of integrated circuitry, algorithms, thermal management, and emissions management.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with strong written, verbal, communication, and negotiation skills.
