Salary: $110,302–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead small and contribute to large data analytics projects as a technical lead.
• Develop statistical, predictive machine learning, deep learning, NLP, time series, and anomaly detection models.
• Gather, cleanse, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources.
• Build scalable data processing pipelines and reusable algorithms for future analytics projects.
• Deploy machine learning workflows and models using cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders while coaching analysts across project teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Statistics, Analytics, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 2 years of data science experience.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Spark SQL, Hive, and Databricks.
• Experience designing predictive and deep learning models with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience developing transformer-based NLP models and generative AI solutions using RAG, LLMs, and prompting techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, model evaluation, AI governance, validation, monitoring, and bias assessment.
