AI Scrum Master with Python Skills (AI/SAFe): Facilitating SAFe Agile delivery for teams building AI-enabled information systems with an accent on Agile ceremonies, cross-functional coordination, and delivery governance. Focus on managing AI experimentation, model improvement, data dependencies, validation of AI outputs, and resolving risks and impediments across teams.

What you will do
- Serve as a SAFe Agile Scrum Master for one or more teams delivering AI-enabled information systems.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Support Program Increment planning, iteration execution, dependency coordination, release readiness, and delivery predictability.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, technical leads, engineers, data scientists, testers, security teams, operations, and stakeholders.
- Help teams deliver AI capabilities including document understanding, semantic search, summarization, recommendations, intelligent automation, conversational experiences, and decision support.
- Identify and resolve impediments while improving Agile maturity, quality, governance, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, data science, or a related field, or four additional years of experience.
- At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting enterprise software delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience working in a SAFe Agile environment and strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled information systems or similar data-driven applications.
- Ability to facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working in environments with governance, compliance, security, quality, and software delivery lifecycle requirements.
Nice to have
- SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
- Experience with Generative AI, large language models, AI/ML delivery, model evaluation, prompt iteration, or governance controls.
- Experience with sensitive or regulated data such as PII, PHI, or CUI.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
- Experience in government, healthcare, or mission-oriented environments.
