SCRUM Master

Location: Hybrid work in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and protect the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and sprint readiness.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Track team performance through relevant KPIs and support delivery quality.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Agile principles, and continuous improvement practices.
• Certification as a SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, or Professional Scrum Master.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, data modeling, data warehousing, Python, SQL, or C#.
• Strong facilitation, servant leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
