What you will do

• Coach and facilitate Agile teams to deliver consistent, high-quality value to customers.
• Coordinate and facilitate team planning, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, retrospectives, and big room or product increment planning.
• Use delivery metrics to assess predictability, accountability, team health, and productivity.
• Guide teams toward self-organization, cross-functionality, Agile maturity, and effective value delivery.
• Partner with the Product Owner and team to maintain a clear product backlog, product goals, and prioritized roadmap.
• Identify process improvements, maintain a continuous improvement roadmap, and protect the team from external distractions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience with product and project concepts and practices.
• Three or more years of Scrum Master experience in addition to a degree, or equivalent experience.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, or equivalent.
• Four-year college or university degree, or seven years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC.
