Scrum Master (Agile)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support three Scrum teams and facilitate standard Scrum ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and guide release planning and quarterly program planning in a scaled Agile environment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate complex status updates to managers, directors, and key stakeholders.
• Coach teams in Agile frameworks and SDLC processes while supporting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with technical leads on feedback, coaching, professional development, and possible people management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in self-organizing teams and independently when required.
• Ability to provide and accept feedback and deliver strong customer service.
• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
