Lead Supervisor FT - Park City, UT

Location: Park City, Utah, USA (Park City - Coach)

Base pay: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support store operations, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a customer-centric culture through clienteling strategies and long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support while enforcing company and store procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, strategic agility, team-building, and performance-management skills.
