Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Location: Toronto Eaton Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Base pay: CAD 20.50–28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, training, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, hold team members accountable, and enforce company and store procedures.
• Support customer relationship-building, clienteling strategies, HR matters, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, feedback, and team-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity, learn quickly, and drive results.
