Human Resources Recruitment Specialist

What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including phone and resume screening, shortlist preparation, interview scheduling, and process monitoring.
• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and external stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational culture.
• Maintain clear communication and provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor talent-market trends, maintain hiring records, and support continuous process improvement.
• Implement recruitment strategies aligned with equality, opportunity, and diversity goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including recruitment of technical and specialist talent at professional and managerial levels.
• Experience recruiting across areas such as IT, marketing, engineering, operations, finance, or HR.
• Strong sourcing, networking, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English are required.
