Recruiter (Italian)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid work model with the first three months on-site for training and nesting. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Attract candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate candidate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees for successful integration.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update, and maintain recruitment reports and databases.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Italian and fluent English at B2/C1 level.
• At least one year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, including hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and follow-up.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, sourcing techniques, and referral programs.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a community-building approach.
