Recruiter (French)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid work model, with the first three months on-site for training and nesting. Relocation support to Portugal is available.

Recruitment partner supporting a multinational BPO company that provides customer support and sales services for international brands.

What you will do

• Attract candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate candidate information and hiring requirements.
• Prepare and onboard new employees so they become integrated into the organization.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update, and maintain recruitment reports and databases.

Requirements

• Native or near-native French.
• English at B2/C1 level.
• At least one year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, including hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and follow-up.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, sourcing techniques, and referral programs.

• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
