Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, supporting hiring across several European geographies.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and regional recruiting teams to clarify requirements and support hiring plans.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct structured interviews, provide competency-based assessments, and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records.
• Build candidate pipelines, coordinate regional hiring campaigns, and contribute to employer branding events.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, support global initiatives, and recommend local process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international or matrixed organizations.
• Experience hiring for shared services or high-volume teams.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools.
• Competency-based interviewing experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
