Senior HRBP

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, California, United States; travel of up to 20% to Sunnyvale, Newark, and Lodi sites.

Annual salary: $160,000–$195,000, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Translate business strategy into practical people strategies supporting growth, productivity, organizational priorities, and enterprise standards.
• Advise and coach business and functional leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and change adoption.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and critical capability development.
• Lead and support reorganizations, workforce transitions, and business transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, leadership advisory, and change leadership.
• Experience designing and leading succession planning, bench assessment, talent development, and capability-building approaches.
• Data fluency and experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to inform recommendations and measure outcomes.
• Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity with lean principles and structured problem solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale and travel up to 20% to designated locations.
