Team Manager - Overnights

Location: On-site at the Rancho Cucamonga, California facility; relocating to Paris, California by January 2027. Overnight schedule: 10:00pm–6:00am, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and additional weekdays as needed.

Salary: $90,000–$112,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff while delivering safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost reduction objectives.
• Manage hiring, training, employee development, performance evaluations, work assignments, timekeeping, and policy application.
• Direct shipping, receiving, truck loading and unloading, stacking, picking, packing, and inventory reporting.
• Design and implement operational improvement strategies and lead 5S activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Enterprise Lean Sigma principles.
• Lead safety huddles and meetings and collaborate across functions to resolve problems and eliminate waste.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of operational experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience analyzing operational data, scheduling, planning, budgeting, and managing inventory control systems.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team while applying Enterprise Lean Sigma principles.
• Strong customer focus, communication, decision-making, and schedule flexibility.
