Legal Counsel II

Location: Hybrid workplace in Irving, Texas, with 3 days in the office at hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and customer agreements with healthcare providers.
• Respond to legal requests and advise business teams on contract terms, negotiation strategies, and related legal issues.
• Provide legal counseling and training to business teams.
• Build collaborative relationships with business unit stakeholders and fellow attorneys.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and trends, and provide practical advice.
• Improve legal processes and share contracting best practices.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
• Admission to the bar in at least one state.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal counsel experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Extensive knowledge of complex commercial transactions and general contracting matters, including negotiation experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take a proactive, long-term view of business objectives.
