Senior Corporate Attorney (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global’s headquarters in Shakopee, Minnesota, United States. Unrestricted US work authorization is required.

Salary: $173,239–$254,084 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead commercial legal support for the digital security business in North America.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements covering hardware, software, cloud, SaaS, hosted services, support, professional services, and partnerships.
• Manage and develop a team of 1–3 commercial lawyers and legal professionals.
• Advise sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on risks, options, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, information security, and other teams on complex transactions.
• Build scalable contracting processes, playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidance, while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar of at least one US state, preferably Minnesota.
• Lawful ability to work in the United States with unrestricted US work authorization.
• At least 8 years of relevant post-law-school experience, including in-house support for complex commercial technology transactions.
• Strong contract drafting, interpretation, negotiation, communication, judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, estimated at up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience leading lawyers or legal professionals.
• Experience in cybersecurity, digital identity, credential issuance, cryptography, or information security.
• Technical background or ability to understand complex security, software, cloud, and identity offerings.
• Experience with regulated financial institutions, strategic partnerships, and varied go-to-market models.
• Experience working across functions and geographies in ambiguous and evolving environments.
