Corporate Attorney (Identity Security)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Shakopee, Minnesota headquarters, United States

Salary: $149,969–$219,955 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for the Identity Security segment in the Americas, including software, cloud, professional services, and data protection agreements.
• Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models involving system integrators, managed service providers, OEMs, and other commercially significant partners.
• Provide legal guidance on digital regulatory, compliance, and other ad hoc matters for the global organization.
• Lead legal team priority projects and collaborate with legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, and information security teams.
• Build a detailed understanding of the business, products, and operating practices to provide practical legal advice.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Authorization and license to practice law in at least one US state.
• At least five years of relevant post-qualified experience, including two or more years in an in-house corporate environment.
• Unrestricted authorization to work lawfully in the United States is required.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex software, cloud, managed services, and partnership agreements across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas.
