Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global headquarters in San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure, software engineering, cybersecurity, and project management roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to define requirements, write job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build diverse technical talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support a seamless candidate experience.
• Advise managers on labor-market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview practices.
• Improve and automate recruiting workflows, strengthen employer branding, and mentor junior recruiters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and technical roles.
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and passive candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with Workday, iCIMS, or a similar ATS platform.

Nice to have

• Background in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience recruiting DevOps, cloud architecture, or cybersecurity professionals.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or data-driven recruiting strategies.
