MBA Business Operations Intern (AI, Consumer Group)

What you will do

• Partner with Consumer Group senior leaders to develop business strategies addressing complex challenges and customer needs.
• Collaborate with technology ecosystem leaders on operating plans, strategic decisions, and business investment priorities.
• Provide analytical support for operational improvements and rigorous execution management.
• Research internal and external best practices and help implement and scale them across the Consumer Group.
• Shape the group’s operating rhythm and planning processes as part of the Business Operations Leadership team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role at a technology company.
• Experience designing, building, or implementing solutions using machine learning, AI, or automation technology.
• Structured problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
• Ability to synthesize complex and ambiguous topics into clear narratives for different audiences.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with creative problem-solving ability.
